Under His Wings

Artist’s statement about the piece:
“There is a host of unseen forces plotting to extinguish our flame.
If we come under the Lordship of our Creator, even though we may
go through fiery hells, His wings will take the beating for us.
But if we step out of His coverage we are exposed and vulnerable.
Don’t let your light be extinguished.
Even if you do not burn very brightly, take heart. Isaiah 42:3 says,
‘A bruised reed He will not break
and a smoldering wick He will not snuff out.’
When all others may have given up on you, He never will.
