City Hall
12″ x 15″ Watercolor Pastel Original: $595 SOLD
“Smack-dab in the middle of Philadelphia stands America’s most beautiful public building. I’ll never tire of gorgeous City Hall; a grand, grand lady fashioned after Napoleon’s Parisian skyline. Though this watercolor is not tiny, it is smallish, and because City Hall is a monstrosity of a building, the figures in the foreground are quite tiny. I think I may have painted the most minuscule red umbrella to have ever been painted in the history of red umbrellas. It’s the size of a pinhead, but it’s there.” -Liz
